Medit has formed two new partnerships aimed at improving digital dentistry workflows and diagnostic capabilities for dental professionals. The collaborations with Imagoworks and Pearl integrate Medit’s digital solutions with advanced technologies to enhance the precision, efficiency, and patient experience within the dental practice.
The partnership with Imagoworks focuses on optimizing the edentulous prosthetic workflow. By integrating Medit’s SmartX solution with Imagoworks’ AOX system, dental professionals can streamline the process of prosthetic design and restoration for edentulous cases. According to the company, this integration allows Medit users to transfer high-precision scan data from Medit SmartX to AOX via MeditLink, simplifying the design process and offering two service options: digital design or a full-service package that includes both temporary and final prosthetic fabrication. Han Ryu, CEO of Medit, stated, “We are thrilled to partner with Imagoworks to deliver a streamlined and effective end-to-end solution for All-on-X treatments. This collaboration empowers dental professionals to optimize their workflow efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.”
In a separate development, Medit also announced a partnership with Pearl, integrating the latter’s AI-powered diagnostic solutions with Medit Link, a platform that streamlines dental workflows. Pearl’s AI technology enhances Medit’s intraoral scanning capabilities by providing advanced diagnostic support for identifying conditions such as teeth misalignment, cracks, calculus, and discoloration. According to the company, the integration will allow clinicians to make more accurate diagnoses and improve communication with patients through intuitive visuals. Pearl’s AI tools are designed to provide greater standardization and objectivity, which in turn improves treatment plans and patient trust. Ophir Tanz, CEO and founder of Pearl, commented, “Integrating Pearl’s AI into the Medit Link platform will transform how dental professionals diagnose, communicate, and manage patient care.”
Both partnerships reflect Medit’s commitment to advancing digital solutions in dentistry. The collaboration with Imagoworks aims to improve prosthetic workflows, while the integration with Pearl enhances diagnostic precision and communication, ultimately contributing to more efficient patient care.
