Weave is now an authorized integration vendor in the Henry Schein One API Exchange, according to an August 26, 2025, press release from the company. The partnership will enable dental practice owners to easily use Weave’s all-in-one customer experience and payments software platform to grow their practices, optimize their operations, and elevate patient experiences.

Save the date and appointment reminders. When appointments are scheduled, Weave sends automated communications to patients so they can add them as events on their calendars. Additional automated reminders are then sent to help keep schedules full.

Patient profile and call pop. During patient phone calls, detailed information, including household name, demographics, and patient photos, is made available to staff.

Schedule sync. Enables schedules to be filtered by confirmation status, appointment type, and practitioner and includes Weave’s built-in communication tools to empower office staff.

Auto-texting for reviews. To improve their online reputations, practices can customize and schedule automated texts to solicit reviews from patients.
