Cyberiad.AI announced the release of an agentic artificial intelligence system designed for Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). The system is intended to coordinate non-clinical and administrative activities while operating within healthcare regulatory requirements.
According to the company, Dental Service Organizations have implemented a range of technologies, but front-office and administrative functions often remain fragmented and labor intensive. The newly released system is designed to address those gaps through a multi-agent architecture called the Cyberiad Cortex, which assigns specialized agents to functions including telephony, scheduling, insurance verification, and billing, operating under a centralized and secure coordination layer.
The platform is designed to integrate with existing practice management software, according to the company, with the goal of supporting staff across multiple locations while maintaining consistent administrative processes and patient interactions.
“DSO leaders are caught between the mandate to grow and the monumental burden of compliance with a variety of regulations – which often stifles innovation,” said Peter Sisk, CEO and CTO of Cyberiad.AI. “We didn’t just add compliance as a feature; we built it into the core DNA of our platform. Cyberiad is the intelligent, safe, and scalable partner DSOs need to finally leverage AI with confidence, freeing their teams to focus on what matters most: patient care and strategic growth.”
According to the company, the system is designed to automate a range of workflows, including patient engagement activities such as marketing, intake, and scheduling; calendar optimization across multiple locations and providers; around-the-clock new patient intake and booking; recall and appointment confirmation outreach; handling of routine calls, messages, and administrative tasks; and revenue cycle functions such as payment reminders and processing, with each function managed by autonomous agents and separated by semicolons within the overall workflow structure.
The company stated that the system also includes a centralized dashboard that provides real-time operational insights across an organization, allowing leadership teams to review data and operational performance at scale. According to the company, the system is positioned to support decision-making related to growth, retention, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
Cyberiad.AI indicated that the Cyberiad Cortex is currently available for proof-of-concept use on synthetic data, allowing organizations to evaluate functionality prior to broader deployment. More information is available at https://dso.cyberiad.ai.
