HuFriedyGroup plans to introduce PWR Air, a new addition to its PWR portfolio, at the 2026 Chicago Midwinter Meeting. According to the company, the introduction reflects its continued evolution and focus on comprehensive dental care. The product launch will be accompanied by a Mobile Air Polishing Experience that allows meeting attendees to engage directly with the device.
PWR Air is designed to support air polishing across preventive and implant care while fitting into existing clinical workflows. According to the company, the device is intended to assist with biofilm disruption to support preventive care, stain removal for polished clinical results, and implant maintenance to support long-term implant health.
“Chicago Midwinter has always been an important moment for our customers and for our company,” said Rob Woolley, CEO of HuFriedyGroup. “Launching PWR Air here, in our hometown, allows us to connect directly with clinicians and show how our renewed focus is translating into solutions that truly support the way they practice every day.”
Attendees can visit booth No. 3806 to view the expanded portfolio and learn more about its approach to comprehensive dental care, including instruments and technologies such as PWR Air. HuFriedyGroup is headquartered in Chicago and was founded in 1908, with a product portfolio that includes dental instruments, infection prevention products, instrument management systems, and conscious sedation equipment.
HuFriedyGroup will also host the PWR Air Launch Party on the opening night of the Chicago Midwinter Meeting after the show floor closes. According to the company, the event is intended to bring dental professionals together to mark the debut of the product.
Throughout the meeting, clinicians are invited to participate in the Mobile Air Polishing Experience, which provides a hands-on setting outside the traditional booth environment. According to the company, the mobile setup is designed to demonstrate air polishing workflows in a practical format.
