Roland DGA Corporation has announced the launch of the Elevate Denture Solution, a digital denture kit developed to support precision-driven denture fabrication for dental laboratories, denturists, and clinicians. The system is designed to address evolving production demands with a workflow focused on accuracy, repeatability, and production consistency.
The Elevate Denture Solution was developed through a strategic partnership between Roland DGA, Ivoclar, and FOLLOW-ME! Technology North America. According to the company, the collaboration brings together milling technology, restorative materials, and CAM software strategies into a patent-protected digital denture workflow.
Fully compatible with DGSHAPE DWX-53D and DWX-53DC dry milling solutions, the Elevate Denture Solution supports workflows optimized for digital denture fabrication. The system incorporates validated, patent-protected milling strategies for Ivoclar’s Ivotion monolithic denture discs as well as an oversize milling process.
The solution includes hyperDENT’s Elevate Denture Module–Powered by Roland DGA CAM software, open-edge adapters with connector for Ivotion monolithic discs, material adapters supporting oversize milling workflows, and a starter kit of PMMA tooling. According to the company, these components are engineered to deliver esthetics, controlled accuracy, and material utilization while supporting denture fabrication.
Dental professionals using the Elevate Denture Solution with DGSHAPE’s DWX-53 Series milling solutions work within a workflow structured to prioritize precision and reliability throughout production. According to the company, optimized denture CAM strategies and validated milling paths are intended to reduce variability, support predictable outcomes, and minimize remakes.
The company states that by reducing manual steps and streamlining denture production, the system supports operational efficiency while maintaining production standards, enabling dental professionals to scale digital denture manufacturing.
“The Elevate Denture Solution reflects our commitment to precision-driven, premium denture fabrication,” said Lisa Aguirre, dental marketing manager at Roland DGA. “By combining our most trusted and reliable DGSHAPE DWX milling solutions with patent-protected milling strategies and proven digital workflows, we’re delivering a solution designed for dental professionals that demand consistency, confidence, and long-term performance.
