Dental.com, a virtual dental care platform powered by Virtual Dental Care, Inc., and Voicify, a voice AI platform serving dental practices and dental service organizations (DSOs), have announced a strategic partnership aimed at integrating virtual patient engagement with real-time appointment scheduling across multi-site dental groups.
The collaboration brings together Dental.com’s virtual care model, patient acquisition processes, and AI-supported engagement tools with Voicify’s practice management system (PMS)–integrated voice AI scheduling and patient communication infrastructure. The companies state that the goal is to create a continuous workflow from initial patient inquiry and virtual triage through to confirmed in-office appointments.
According to the announcement, Dental.com focuses on generating clinically screened and insurance-verified patient inquiries, while Voicify facilitates real-time appointment booking directly within a DSO’s existing PMS. The combined model is intended to reduce gaps between patient interest and scheduled care.
The organizations indicate that the partnership is structured to support DSOs in improving patient conversion workflows, addressing missed calls, optimizing schedule utilization, and reducing administrative workload at both centralized and practice levels. The model is positioned as a way to expand access and responsiveness without increasing staffing.
