Cloud Dentistry has introduced Cloud Coaching, a virtual, on-demand professional development platform designed to support training and continuing education for dental office teams. Developed and reviewed by dental professionals, the platform provides educational resources for a range of clinical and administrative roles and is accessible through the company's existing Cloud Dentistry dashboard.
The new offering is intended to help practices address common workforce challenges, including onboarding, employee retention, staff development, and maintaining current knowledge of regulatory requirements, clinical protocols, and practice management strategies.
“Dental offices need practical ways to develop employees, reinforce skills and encourage long-term growth,” said Trey Tepichin, CEO and co-founder of Cloud Dentistry. “Cloud Coaching builds on our mission of connecting offices with great talent by helping employers continue investing in their teams long after a position has been filled.”
Cloud Coaching includes courses covering topics such as OSHA and HIPAA compliance, infection prevention, leadership, communication, morning huddles, appointment optimization, working interviews, and staffing strategies. The platform also features educational content from industry organizations and companies, including VELscope and ReLeaf, as well as human resources training developed by Humani HR. Select courses offer continuing education (CE) credit.
Additional features include knowledge assessments, downloadable resources, certificates of completion, and regularly updated course content. Practice administrators can assign self-paced courses through the Cloud Dentistry dashboard to support onboarding, reinforce office protocols, introduce new workflows, or provide ongoing staff education.
Cloud Coaching is offered as a subscription service with unlimited access for all staff members within a participating practice. The platform is available to both new and existing Cloud Dentistry customers through their online accounts.
The launch follows Cloud Dentistry's receipt of the 2026 ADSO Innovation Award from the Association of Dental Support Organizations, which recognized the company's work in developing workforce solutions for recruiting, retaining, and managing dental professionals.
