CDOCS, an education and implementation support organization focused on digital workflows for general dentists, has introduced a redesigned website and a new member learning management platform intended to support clinicians before, during, and after hands-on training programs.
According to the organization, the updated digital infrastructure is designed to integrate educational content with ongoing implementation support to help members apply clinical concepts in practice.
The redesigned website provides an overview of CDOCS educational offerings, including hands-on workshops, faculty-curated educational resources, and information about its professional community. The site also includes publicly available resources intended to introduce prospective participants to the organization's educational approach.
"This all-new CDOCS blended learning experience is a major milestone in advancing our cause," Ingo Zimmer, Chief Strategy Officer and General Manager of CDOCS, said. "Our mission has always been to help dentists and their teams pursue great dentistry. This platform gives us a stronger foundation to do that at every stage of the journey."
The new member learning platform brings together on-demand educational videos, webinars, and research-based resources in a single location. Content is organized into guided educational pathways covering clinical workflows such as root-to-crown treatment and implant restorations.
The platform also consolidates continuing education records, allowing members to track credits earned through both CDOCS and Spear Education in one location.
A new component of the platform is a library of post-workshop implementation resources available to members. The materials include step-by-step instructional videos aligned with workshops members have attended, with the goal of reinforcing hands-on training and supporting clinical implementation after participants return to practice.
"General dentists tell us the same thing consistently: the workshop was excellent, and then they got back to their practice and the momentum stalled," Dr. Dan Butterman, Chief Dental Officer of CDOCS and Spear Education, said. "That is the gap we are closing with this platform. The knowledge from our workshops should compound over time. Post-workshop implementation resources give members a way to go back, reinforce what they learned, and apply it, week after week, case after case. That is the outcome we are in business to create."
Workshop-related resources are organized within a "My Events" section that provides access to materials before and after individual courses.
The platform also continues to include the CDOCS discussion board, where members and faculty can discuss clinical cases and other professional topics.
The redesigned website is now available, and the new learning platform has been made available to current CDOCS members.
