Royal Philips has announced the formation of the Philips Sonicare Global Clinical Advisory Board, bringing together 12 oral healthcare professionals from around the world to provide clinical, scientific, and strategic guidance for Philips Oral Healthcare.
The board includes experts in clinical practice, research, education, behavior change, digital dentistry, and oral health innovation. According to Philips, the group will advise on emerging trends, support science-based product development, and contribute to clinical exploration. The company intends for the collaboration to incorporate dental professional perspectives into its oral healthcare product planning.

Pasteur, Slovakia; Ali Çekici, Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry, Turkey; Sarah Balaster, a private practice periodontist in the United States; and Dagmar Else Slot, Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Their areas of expertise include periodontology, oral-systemic health, the oral microbiome, pharmacology, care for medically complex patients, behavior change, patient communication, reconstructive dentistry, implantology, digital diagnostics, oral hygiene, and preventive dentistry.
