Oral Genome, Health and Wellness Intelligence (HWI), Teledentistry.com, Vista Apex Solutions, Evena Health and Orasom Health, with support from the venture capital firm Revere Partners, will operate the experience at HLTH 2026 in Booth 2860 in the Oral-Systemic Pavilion, November 15 to 18 in Las Vegas. According to the partners, the demonstration addresses a handoff that too often gets dropped: a dental finding rarely reaches a medical chart, and a recommendation rarely becomes an appointment.
Visitors to the booth will provide a saliva sample for a two-minute test, review their results with a licensed dentist, choose a next step, and leave with their plan on their phone, with the journey continuing after the event ends. Oral Genome's saliva screening reads seven biomarkers the company associates with caries and periodontal risk, with results available in about 15 minutes. A dentist licensed through Teledentistry.com then goes over each result with the patient, taking vital signs, risk assessments, and intraoral images into account before suggesting individualized next steps. From there, the choice of next step belongs to the individual. According to the partners, the options range from PerioSciences oral-care products and the prescription periodontal care of Perio Protect, both offered through Vista Apex Solutions, to Evena's nightly oral probiotic and the sleep apnea care pathway from Orasom Health. When in-person care is needed, the partners say SmartyPlan offers dental savings. With consent, HWI will check in at Day 7 and Day 30, and a repeat screening at Day 90 is intended to show what changed.
